Decision details

As set out in the attached Part B report

1. Confirmation that the indicative preferred bidder has satisfied the validation phase and is the preferred bidder is noted;

2. The contract be awarded to the preferred bidder in respect of the small Local Service Contracts for Sub Area A as set out in the report;

3. The preferred bidder and other bidders of the contract award decision be notified in accordance with the Utility Contracts Regulations 2016;

4. All commercial and contractual arrangements to give effect to the decision be finalised;

5. Note that the Monitoring Officer has delegated authority to enter into all necessary arrangements to give effect to the above.
