crime gateway support project, we require packs of external user
licenses that will enable victims of crime to use and create user
accounts and store data.
A funding envelope of £7500 to purchasing of packs of
external licences (authenticated and anonymous) through Phoenix
Software. This is for the Greater Manchester Victims Service
website which features a case management system portal into the
commissioned support service.

500 anonymous users, 2 x 100 authenticated users) for a full 12
months is £5,155.68 however final costs based on packs needed
is TBC.
• As traffic increases to the website, this cost will increase
as we will need to procure more licence packs (up until the limit
