3 Year term with a provision to extend for 2 x 12 month periods

The requirements are split across 2 LOTs. 1. (GMCA 987.1) LOT 1 is for the design, installation, maintenance and management of Connectivity to connect Non-LFFN connected Partner locations

GM One Network is an aligned initiative through which four localities plus GMCA and TFGM jointly procured services to utilise the LFFN fibre to create a shared next-generation wide area network. This programme is 98% complete with c. 1,200 sites being connected in a 10-year commitment to a resilient shared service that is governed through a Collaboration Agreement approved by GMCA and supported by TFGM and Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Bury Councils. The GM One Network consists of a Core Network; a Cisco routed optical network connecting 33 BT Exchange sites (See table below) and 2 Co Lo sites located at the Ashton Old Baths Data Centre in Tameside and the Salford City Council Data Centre at Salford City Council offices
