GMCA members are rquired to note that Andy Burnham as the Greater Manchester May, under Part 5A, Section 4 of the Constitution,is the the Chiar of the GMCA (ex officio)

Under part 5A, Section 4, of the Constitution, GMCA Members are required to appoint at least 2 but no more that 3 Vice Chairs for 2019/10.

·         To noe that Councillor Richard Leese, Deputy Mayor, is automatically appointed as a Vice Chair, under Part 5A, Section 4, of the Constitution.

·         To note that Councillor David Greenhalgh is automatically appointed as a Vice Chair, under Part 5A, Section 4, of the Constitution.
