2.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR TO THE AGMA EXECUTIVE BOARD - 2020/21

Under Section 9.1 of the AGMA Constitution, Members of the Board are required to elect a Chair for 2020/21 from the largest political group represented on the Board. 

 

Decision:

That the GM Mayor, Andy Burnham be appointed as Chair of the AGMA Executive Board under Section 9.1 of the AGMA Constitution.

 

3.

APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHAIRS TO THE AGMA EXECUTIVE BOARD - 2020/21

Under Section 9.1 of the AGMA Constitution Members of the Board are required to appoint up to 3 Vice Chairs for 2020/21.

 

·               To agree the appointment of Councillor Richard Leese Deputy Mayor, as a Vice Chair, under Section 9.1, of the Constitution.

·               To agree the Councillor David Greenhalgh as a Vice Chair, under Section 9.1, of the Constitution.

·               To agree the appointment of Councillor Brenda Warrington as a Vice Chair, under Section 9.1, of the Constitution.

 

Decision:

That Councillors Richard Leese, David Greenhalgh and Brenda Warrington be appointed as Vice Chairs to the AGMA Executive Board under Section 9.1 of the AGMA Constitution.

1.      That the report and the AGMA final revenue outturn for 2019/20 be noted.

 

2.      That the position of reserves in 2019/20 as detailed in the report be noted.

 

3.      That it be noted that there would be a further AGMA Budget Final Outturn Report at the next meeting of the AGMA Executive Board.
