The Programme Challenger Executive Board is seeking to recruit an independent chair.

It is proposed that the Chair will dedicate 12 days a year for a term of 2 years, at a cost of £850 per day.

Recruitment costs will be approximately £2000 for targeted advertising to maximise reach.

Total over the 2-year term = £20,400 plus VAT, plus £2,000 recruitment contingency.
