Subject to a successful bid to the Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund, delegate authority to GMCA Treasurer and Solicitor, in consultation with the Lead Portfolio Holder to:
a) Sign a Grant Funding agreement with BEIS to receive grant funding of cr£XXm for a GM Public Sector Decarbonisation Retrofit Programme; and expend the awarded grant funds by defrayed agreement via the funding partners i.e the 10 Local Authorities and Registered Housing Providers.
Any expenditure and/or claims, will be subject to confirmation of delivery and quality assurance checks
