(i) the franchise contracts relating to bus franchising;
(ii) contracts for the provision of various franchise scheme related services and goods (including all contracts for the provision of equipment, hardware, software and background IT infrastructure that are required to support and/or facilitate the delivery, and ongoing operation, of franchised bus services and the overall franchising scheme); and
(iii) contracts for the acquisition and/or lease of land, sites or other assets (comprising real estate or otherwise) in connection with the delivery, and ongoing operation, of franchised bus services and the overall franchising scheme.
