To agree:
(1) The Integrated Water Management Plan (IWMP) for Greater Manchester.
(2) To enter into a formal collaborative agreement with the Environment Agency and United Utilities in relation to the adoption and implementation of the GM Integrated Water Management Plan.
(3) To make changes to GMCA governance to support implementation of the IWMP.
(3) To enact GMCA governance recommendations at the annual GMCA business meeting in June 2023.
