complaint restricted (2 Stage) tender opportunity and award a

The current provider ‘Oasis’ has agreed to the 12-month extension and agreed the terms and conditions will remain the same – Including price.
The reasoning behind a 12-month extension rather than a shorter duration, is due to the Authorities assets being on a rolling 12-month maintenance agreement plan.
This will ensure that any potential incoming provider can pick up the maintenance schedule and make implementation seamless, without any risk to critical safety assets.
