Tootal (GMCA HQ) Lease Renewal

 

  1. To consider and approve option A (10 year with 5-year break option) or option B (10-year straight lease) as noted in the purpose and financial section of report.

 

  1. To approve required budget and approve the legal exchange of lease by CA Treasurer and CA Solicitor in consultation with Director of Land & Property.

 

  1. To approve undertaking a feasibility study of repurposing works as necessary to improve staff experience and service delivery within the Tootal office, and to enable co-location of potential partner organisations as set out in the report.
