Subject to a successful bid to the Low carbon Skills Fund, delegate authority to GMCA Treasurer and Solicitor, in consultation with the Lead Portfolio Holder to:
a) Sign a Grant Funding agreement with Salix to receive grant funding for a GM Low carbon Skills Fund feasibility Programme; and
b) expend the awarded grant funds by defrayed agreements via the funding partners i.e., cr7 public body partners including Local Authorities
