Issue details

The ICCS service is a critical service for GMP as it connects radio messages to our Command and Control system (Controlworks) as well as providing location information for dispatch. GMP recently upgraded the ICCS service which is propriety to NEC Group. The Crown Commercial Services Vertical Application Solutions framework RM6259 permits a direct award which will ensure that GMP derives maximum value for its investment in the recent ICCS refresh.
It should be noted that the previous contract for the ICCS service was included in the Device Managed Service contract.
